How to send a request

Send the request from the address associated with your account to admin@swingers-world69.com, stating the right you are exercising. Do not send a copy of your identity document unless we ask you for additional information on justified grounds.

We reply without undue delay and, as a rule, within one month at the latest. If the request is complex or there are many requests, the term may be extended in accordance with the GDPR, with the applicant being informed. Requests are free of charge, except for the manifestly unfounded or excessive situations provided by law.

Available rights

Access: Confirmation of the processing and a copy of your personal data.
Rectification: Correction or completion of inaccurate data.
Erasure: Deletion of data when there is no longer a legal ground for retention.
Restriction: Temporary limitation of the use of data in the situations provided by the GDPR.
Portability: The eligible data in a structured and reusable format.
Objection: Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdrawal of consent: Stopping the processing based on consent, without retroactive effect.

Withdrawing consent for sensitive data

You can explicitly withdraw your consent for the sensitive information in your profile through an email with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. We will confirm the request and will stop the processing based on consent. Because the platform is a community for adults, withdrawal may require restricting or closing the account. Data necessary for a legal obligation or for the defence of a right may be kept only within the limits of that purpose.

Account deletion

Request the closure of your account at admin@swingers-world69.com. The account, the profile and the media are deleted or anonymised within a maximum of 30 days, except for accounting data, proof of consents, reported content and information necessary to resolve a dispute or to comply with the law. Backups are overwritten within a maximum of 90 days.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro. The right to go to court remains unaffected.
