SWINGERS WORLD 69 is operated by REFUGIUL RUSTIC S.R.L., tax ID 54975977, J2026040687009, with its registered office at Aleea IV Insula Mureș, nr. 35, Cvartal 27, municipiul Arad, județul Arad, România. Contact: admin@swingers-world69.com, 0743 382 093. The company is not registered for VAT purposes.

The service is intended exclusively for persons who are at least 18 years old. Registration, email verification and identity and age verification are mandatory before accessing community features. The information provided must be accurate, and the account may not be transferred to another person. You are responsible for your password and for the activity carried out through your account.

The platform provides profiles, member search, messaging, community content, private media and features that differ according to the membership. Using the service requires compliance with the Community rules, with the consent of other members and with the applicable law.

The Plus, VIP and Elite memberships cost 19 EUR, 39 EUR and 69 EUR per month respectively. These are the total amounts due; the operator is not registered for VAT purposes. Payment is processed by Stripe, and card details are not stored by the operator. Memberships renew automatically every month until cancelled. The plan, the price and the payment obligation are displayed before the order.

The membership can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and access remains active until then. Payments are not refunded proportionally for the remaining period after an ordinary cancellation. This rule does not limit refunds or remedies that are mandatory under the law.

Consumers have, under the conditions provided by law, 14 days to withdraw from the distance contract. If you expressly request the immediate activation of the membership before the 14 days expire and then exercise the withdrawal, the proportional amount for the service provided until the notification of withdrawal may be due. The request is sent unambiguously to admin@swingers-world69.com. Confirmation of the order and of the accepted conditions is provided on a durable medium through Stripe and/or email.

You remain responsible for the content you publish and confirm that you have the right and the consent required for it. Material involving minors, exploitation, harassment, threats, illegal content, publication without consent and infringement of other persons’ privacy or rights is prohibited.

Content or accounts may be hidden, restricted or removed for breaching the law or the rules. Content considered illegal can be reported from the platform or to admin@swingers-world69.com. The reporter and the affected person will receive, where the law requires it, information about the decision and its reasons. A decision can be appealed free of charge at the same address, by requesting a human review.

The operator may limit or suspend access for fraud, non-payment, security risk, repeated or serious breaches of the rules and legal obligations. The measures are proportionate to the situation, and the user may request explanations and challenge the decision. Closure and deletion requests are sent to admin@swingers-world69.com.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law. Members are responsible for their own meetings and interactions outside the platform.

The contract is governed by Romanian law, without affecting the mandatory protection granted to the consumer by the law of their own state. For an amicable settlement, write to admin@swingers-world69.com. Consumers may address the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection and the competent courts.

Significant changes will be communicated before they enter into force. The new version and the date of application will be displayed here, and where the change requires it we will ask for a new acceptance.
